Case Studies - Pharmaceutical Industry

DJ Consultants, Inc. has extensive experience working within the pharmaceutical industry. Client #1
We were brought into the New Hire Training program for District Manager.

The Goal:

  • Get them up to speed quickly.
  • Create a system to manage the volume of emails being received.
  • Teach how to utilize the task list for follow up and assigned work.
  • Design a foundation for storing and retrieving information based on job title.

DJC customized a workshop based on the responsibilities of a DM to utilize Outlook to manage
workflow, improve personal efficiency, and create a personalized time management system.
Understanding the challenges of managing a field sales team,  DJC was able to show client #1 how to
use existing tools – such as Outlook, Blackberry, and iPhone to stay focused, get organized, and increase
productivity.
 

Client #2
Efficiency coaching was provided for groups that included RM, DM, ARM, and field sales teams.

The Goal:

  • Work with individuals to address specific issues that involved time and information management.
  • Provide the skills needed to use existing tools more effectively
  • Organize computer and paper files.
  • Implement a system to manage the top of the desk and day-to-day workflow.
  • Provide skills to meet core competencies such as planning and organizing.
  • Create consistency for the group on how to use email to improve communications.

DJC has delivered over 2000 one-on-one coaching sessions at the corporate level, in field offices, and
home offices.

Provided workshops and one-on-one coaching to Human Resource Department.

The Goal:

  • Conducted hands-on workshops for administrative and support personnel.
  • Provided one-on-one coaching to improve workflow, eliminate unnecessary steps, and
    ensure timely follow-up.

DJC was able to streamline the workflow for the new hire process. Coaching and workshops was
provided to improve personal efficiency and productivity by utilizing Outlook to its fullest potential.
